Need to connect Modbus and LoRaWAN? The Weble WBox routes Modbus LoRaWAN natively: one gateway speaks both protocols and maps data points in real time — no PC, no middleware, no cloud dependency.

The protocols

Modbus

Modbus (TCP/IP and RTU) connects PLCs, meters, variable-speed drives and countless industrial devices.

Modbus driver →

LoRaWAN

LoRaWAN carries data from battery-powered sensors over several kilometres with very low power.

How the WBox bridges Modbus and LoRaWAN

On the WBox you enable the Modbus driver and the LoRaWAN driver, then map each point: a value read on the Modbus side — the industrial register-based protocol — is exposed on the LoRaWAN side — long-range, low-power wireless — and vice-versa. Conversion, scaling and logic run on the gateway itself.
