The Impulse driver counts pulses on a serial interface (RS-485, RS-232, USB) and converts them into a meter value. Designed for energy and utility meters that output one pulse per unit (e.g. per kWh), it increments a counter by a configurable step, with an offset to align it to the real meter reading.
