75F fits its installations with an OEM version of the WBox G110 — the “data pump” — which collects BACnet and Modbus field data and pushes it to its cloud platform.
75F is an international building-automation company based in the United States. Its AI-driven cloud platform Facilisight continuously monitors and optimises HVAC, lighting and central plants (chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers) across entire building portfolios.
Its Central Plant Manager solution sequences and optimises heating and cooling plants, with reported energy savings of 30–40 %.
To feed this platform with field data, 75F relies on an OEM gateway developed with Weble.

75F’s data pump is an OEM version of our WBox G110 gateway. Compact and DIN-rail mountable, it is deployed in technical cabinets right next to the equipment.
Customised to 75F’s branding and requirements, it runs the Weble software stack and acts as the bridge between the field buses and the 75F cloud.
At each central plant, the data pump polls equipment through the Weble drivers:
A single gateway thus speaks serial (RS485) and Ethernet/IP buses at the same time — with no third-party converter.
The collected data is normalised by the gateway, then continuously published to the Facilisight platform. In the cloud, 75F’s artificial-intelligence algorithms use these measurements to sequence and optimise the plants: cascading start/stop (lead/lag), floating setpoints, drift detection.
The operator monitors the whole, multi-site portfolio from 75F’s web and mobile apps.
As part of this collaboration, Weble developed a dedicated “75F” driver, built into the gateway. It handles the dialogue with the 75F cloud and streamlines field-to-cloud communication: point mapping, message formatting and link management are handled natively.
For 75F, deployment comes down to mounting the data pump and wiring it to the buses — the gateway and its driver do the rest.
