Homsphere — centralised energy management for Minergie villas

One WBox per villa to collect and synchronise the data of an ultra-low-energy residential cluster (Minergie P and A), with an open API for bespoke supervision.

The context

Homsphere is a cluster of ultra-low-energy villas certified Minergie P and Minergie A, in the Geneva area. Tracking and optimising energy means centralising each villa’s data while keeping reliable local automation.

What we delivered

collection and synchronisation of each villa’s data through a dedicated WBox;
centralised control from the shared zone;
exposure of our API to build a bespoke customer supervision.

Modules & gateways used

WBox S103 — 6 gateways (one per villa) + 1 in the shared zone.
M-Bus, Modbus RTU, KNX IP and weather drivers;
Logic module and remote-access module.
