Need to connect LoRaWAN and Modbus? The Weble WBox routes LoRaWAN Modbus natively: one gateway speaks both protocols and maps data points in real time — no PC, no middleware, no cloud dependency.

The protocols

LoRaWAN

LoRaWAN carries data from battery-powered sensors over several kilometres with very low power.

Modbus

Modbus (TCP/IP and RTU) connects PLCs, meters, variable-speed drives and countless industrial devices.

How the WBox bridges LoRaWAN and Modbus

On the WBox you enable the LoRaWAN driver and the Modbus driver, then map each point: a value read on the LoRaWAN side — long-range, low-power wireless — is exposed on the Modbus side — the industrial register-based protocol — and vice-versa. Conversion, scaling and logic run on the gateway itself.
