Need to connect LoRaWAN and OPC UA? The Weble WBox routes LoRaWAN OPC UA natively: one gateway speaks both protocols and maps data points in real time — no PC, no middleware, no cloud dependency.

The protocols

LoRaWAN

LoRaWAN carries data from battery-powered sensors over several kilometres with very low power.

OPC UA

OPC UA is the secure, platform-independent client/server standard for Industry 4.0 data exchange.

How the WBox bridges LoRaWAN and OPC UA

On the WBox you enable the LoRaWAN driver and the OPC UA driver, then map each point: a value read on the LoRaWAN side — long-range, low-power wireless — is exposed on the OPC UA side — the industrial interoperability standard — and vice-versa. Conversion, scaling and logic run on the gateway itself.
